Michael Whatling holds degrees in Education and Creative Writing. He has worked as a professional writer both here and abroad. Recently, his collection of short stories was selected by the American Library Association for their Rainbow Book List. He has written numerous screenplays, including one that received an offer from a producer associated with HBO.
