Welcome to Summer Adventures 2020 registration! Please read all the information provided before submitting the form to make sure it is accurate as it is a first come first serve basis.
Week 1: June 29-July 3 (no camp on the 1st) The Great Outdoors
Week 2: July 6-10 (Mon-Fri) Capture the Curiosity
Week 3: July 13-17 (Mon-Fri) Under the Sea
Week 4: July 20-24 (Mon-Fri) Splish Splash Water Bash
Week 5: July 27-31 (Mon-Fri) Movin’ n Groovin’
Week 6: Aug 3-7 (Tues-Fri) No Theme Week!
Week 7: Aug 10-14 (Mon-Fri) Where the Wild Things Are
Week 8: Aug 17-21 (Mon-Fri) Art Attack!
Week 9: Aug 24-27 (Mon-Thurs) Spectacular Summer Sendoff
Dates Closed: July 1st, August 2nd, 28th and August 31st-September 4th
We are planning this summer like it would be any other summer yet with the virus things may be altered. We will update you if there are any changes and if you don’t hear from us that means summer will continue as planned. Thank you for your understanding!
Withdraw:
Last day to withdraw from weeks without your account being charged is Monday, June 1st. After June 1st your account will be charged if your child is in attendance or not.
Fees:
If you have outstanding fees from the school year your child will be unable to attend program until those fees are paid. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Childcare Coordinator.
Week 1-5 fees are due on Wednesday, June 24th
Week 6-9 fees are due on Wednesday, July 29th
We are happy to fill out a form for subsidy yet keep in mind it does take time to process. We do require full payment up front and we will be happy to reimburse you or have a credit on your account once the funding comes through. Summer can be a busy time for them so remember the earlier the better!
