Please read the info below and then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the sign-up form for Winter Adventures 2020.
The time has come for Winter Adventures 2020 sign-up!
Please have this form filled out by Nov 20th in order to secure a spot for your child.
This year for Winter Adventures care will look a little different. We will be offering full day care from December 21st-23rd. The center will be closed from December 24th-Janurary 3rd for the holidays.
If you need to withdraw from any days, in order to receive a refund you will need to email osc@jamesbaycentre.ca by Dec 1st. If your child is sick during Winter Adventures you will not be able to receive a refund.
If you usually receive subsidy, your usual subsidy does not cover these extra Winter Adventures fees. You will need to call subsidy to ask for extra coverage (1-888-338-6622).
FEES ARE DUE ON DEC 1st. If you are waiting for your extra subsidy coverage, full payment is still expected on Dec 1st. If fees are not paid in a timely fashion, your child will be unable to attend Winter Adventures.
