Holistic Yoga expands your yoga practice though a one hour class of connecting mind, body and breath. With an incorporation of trauma sensitivity and a strict hands-off approach, you can be sure to enter a safe and non-competitive space, leaving calm, joyful and invigorated. Holistic yoga satisfies physical practice and also appreciates the traditional philosophies of yoga. This class is open to everyone, at all levels.
