2773 Strength and Stretch

An event every week that begins at 2:45 pm on Friday, repeating until October 18, 2019
In this 45 minute class, we use resistance bands and small balls to work our different muscle groups. We then take time to stretch, allowing you to increase your flexibility, and ease of movement. This class can be done sitting or standing.
