2593 Anxiety Support with Guided Relaxation

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 27, 2019
Drop in to a comfortable place and share your story. This group is intended to offer a safe place to talk about anxiety. The format allows free talking for 10 minutes or a pass if you’re not up for sharing. No advice given or interruption is acceptable. We will end session with a seated guided relaxation. This is not a therapy or counselling session. This is facilitated to provide an
outlet for those feeling isolated in anxiety and to enjoy guided relaxation.
Registering is not mandatory for this drop in, however would provide the Centre with an estimate of numbers. If you have any questions please call the Centre and ask for Logan, the Recreation Program Coordinator.
