I.Yoga,Pranayama and Relaxation
This 2-hour workshop will mix the physical practice of yoga with regular pranayama (breath work) and a gradual progression toward deep relaxation. This type of yoga workshop can be incredibly energizing and grounding, and is a powerful way to let go of tension and pain.
II.Increase Mobility Around the Pelvis
Tight muscles around the pelvis can be responsible for a whole host of problems, such as lower back pain, hip pain, sciatica and poor posture. Understanding how to fully release the right muscle groups can be the difference between chronic pain and a feeling of lightness and well-being. This 2-hour yoga workshop will teach you how to create the mobility you need to be pain free, flexible and strong.
