Yoga workshop 2 Part Series:
I. Learn How to Relax with Breathing, Yoga and Guided Meditation
This workshop is a great way to spend 2 hours if you experience chronic pain, have trouble relaxing or you have low energy. Using breathing and yoga poses, David will teach you how to relax more easily, stretch the body and find relief. The guided meditation will deepen the feeling of rest and ease in your body.

II. Strengthen and Stretch Your Whole Body
David teaches you how to strengthen your back, core, legs and arms while stretching and releasing the body’s common areas of tension and fatigue. The 2 hours will go by quickly as you learn to use your body in a way that brings so many great benefits! Instructor: David Procyshyn
