2748 Mindful Somatic Yoga

Mindful Somatic Yoga is a very gentle mindful practice which is performed lying down. It is a simple, safe and effective approach for helping to reduce tension and pain. As we cultivate awareness of our habituated tendencies in the body, we learn to release these patterns that do not serve us, creating improved range of motion, flexibility and posture.
