An event every week that begins at 1:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 5, 2020
Longer holds in seated and reclined postures will bring the body into a state of conscious rest. Developed to help with fatigue, insomina, stress, grief, and loss as well as self-care. Compliments active movement practices. Beneficial to all!
