2987 Nourishing Winter Yoga Workshop

Winter is the most yin of all the seasons. It’s energy is dark, slow and inward. Plants and trees lie dormant, animals hibernate to replenish their energy and rest. This season invites us to restore and reset. This workshop will explore the tools of Yin yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Expect a slower, quieter practice that invites the nervous system into a deep restful healing state. All levels and bodies welcome.
