In this 6 hour program (2 x 3 hour sessions) we will be exploring what your body is trying to tell you with all those aches, pains, discomfort, dis-ease, or illness. We become so good at ignoring our body’s messages that it literally has to scream at us to get our attention. That is where illness and injury come into play. Together we‘ll discover what is going on for you and what your body may be trying to tell you.
