Yoga for All Levels, Part 1
In this 2-class series, David will be teaching you how to use props – straps, blocks, bolsters and chairs – to make any pose accessible and to maximize the benefits of everything that you do in yoga. In this class, part 1, you will spend much of the class learning how to release the muscles of the back, hips and legs, helping you improve range of motion and relieve pain.
Yoga for All Levels, Part 2
For the 2nd part of this 2-class series, David will be spending more time on the upper body, particularly the shoulders, upper back and neck. Learning how to stretch the key muscles in this area can help with many issues, such as shoulder and neck pain, headaches and strain due to posture. We won’t be ignoring the rest of the body, though, since it all works as a unit! Get ready for 2 hours of getting to know yourself!
Since this is a specialized class that is 2 hours long the drop in fee is $20 for one class.
