Activity Room $82/hour   

Capacity: 180 standing room or 125 dining room

Kitchen-Cafe $87/hour

School Gym $90/hour on Monday to Friday and $138/hour on Saturday/Sunday

Capacity: 426

Room Size: 49.5′ x 70′

Notes: No food/beverages

 

School Library $53/hour

Capacity: 50

Notes: No food/beverages

 

Additional costs and notes:

Rental rates include the cost of a staff member.  If your rental is on a statutory holiday or requires more than 1 staff member, there will be additional costs, you will be notified at the time of booking.

Multi-space discounts are available.

Rent 2 spaces – save $20/hour

Rent 3 spaces – save $40/hour

Rent 4 spaces – save $60/hour

GST: Rates posted above do not include GST

Damage Deposit: $200 will be added to your invoice. It will be refunded after the rental is complete, additional details will be in the contract.

Non Profit rates are available – please indicate you are a non profit on the rental form.

Rentals include: Tables and chairs – renter is responsible for set up and take down.

Helium balloons are not permitted.

Do you plan on serving alcohol during your event?
If yes, a $100 service charge will be applied to your contract after your documents have been reviewed and approved. In some situations additional staffing may be required.
