Learn Spanish through music, movement and play! Children and parent/caregivers will love this interactive and fun-filled musical bonding time. We will explore diverse rhythms and instruments while experiencing the added benefits of learning a new language! There will be songs, games, dance, puppets, stories and instrument making. Vamos a  tocar musica! Let’s play music!

Holistic Yoga expands your yoga practice through a one hour class of connecting mind, body and breath. Holistic yoga satisfies physical practice and also appreciates the traditional philosophies of yoga. This class is open to everyone, at all levels.
